Pre-boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs. To ensure that it is tasty and does not interfere with the taste of the salad, do not cook the carrots for long. The best option is to peel fresh carrots, cut into cubes, throw into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain and cool.

My family doesn’t really like boiled carrots, so in most salads they are successfully replaced with pickled ones.

When the preparation is completed, we begin cooking. Everything is simple here. Peel potatoes, carrots and eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites.

Mash the liver with a fork. When purchasing liver, make sure that it is in whole pieces. For example, Murmansk-style cod liver is minced liver in oil. I prefer to take natural liver, because... it itself is quite oily, and there is no need for oil here.
