STEP 1
How to quite simply and quickly prepare snack rolls from eggplant with minced meat, rice and cheese with vegetables, which without a doubt will appeal to many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing stuffed eggplant rolls in the oven.
STEP 2
To prepare the rolls, cut two eggplants into slices two millimeters thick.
STEP 3
Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush them with four tablespoons of olive oil.
STEP 4
Sprinkle the slices greased with olive oil with salt and a mixture of red and black pepper to taste, then place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for ten minutes.
STEP 5
Place a frying pan on the stove and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then put one fairly finely chopped onion in it and stir fry over high heat on the stove.
STEP 6
Place one tomato, pre-cut into small cubes, into a frying pan with onions and continue to fry the vegetables, stirring.
STEP 7
Add two cloves of garlic, passed through a press, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli into the pan and continue frying the vegetables for another two minutes.
STEP 8
Place three hundred grams of mixed minced meat in a common frying pan and periodically stirring with vegetables, fry it for ten minutes.
STEP 9
Place one hundred and fifty grams of boiled rice in a frying pan and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 10
Take a fine sieve and grate forty grams of hard cheese, then put half in a common frying pan.
STEP 11
Add finely chopped parsley with dill and a mixture of red and black peppers to the pan to taste.
STEP 12
Mix all the ingredients well in the frying pan, then turn off the stove and let the prepared filling cool slightly.
STEP 13
Place the required amount of prepared filling on each baked eggplant slice one by one.
STEP 14
Carefully roll the slices with filling into tight rolls.
STEP 15
Form the filled rolls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for ten minutes.
STEP 16
