    We defrost the liver and wash it. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the liver until half cooked. Peel the onion, cut it as desired and add it to the liver. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite seasonings. Fry until done. Then the liver and onions need to be chopped in a blender or meat grinder. The filling is ready.

    For the roll, beat eggs, salt, milk. You can add greens if desired. I added a little fresh dill.

    We need a baking dish, preferably rectangular/square. Cut parchment paper to your shape, crumple it into a ball and soak it well in water, squeeze it out and place it in the pan.
