Girls, yesterday I prepared this recipe, I have a little advice. I excluded raisins or dried apricots from the recipe, and as a result, the cakes turned out quite bland. Maybe some people like it without much sweetness, I prefer it to taste like sweet buns. Next time I'll probably double the sugar. Of course, every dish will find its connoisseur, but for me the finished cake is a little bland, next time I will adjust the sugar.

The texture turned out to be pleasant. The dough is airy and everything is very healthy.. But... It’s so bland. It turned out to be something like not very tasty bread. Of course, there’s no arguing about tastes. We did everything clearly according to the scale of grams. It’s a pity that they didn’t think to add it right away more sugar, so the fault is more likely ours.

It turned out delicious. Thank you very much to the author!!! If your cake doesn’t rise while baking, it means you overdid it with flour. The dough should be terribly sticky and impossible to mix with your hands. But you are guaranteed an airy, delicate, aromatic cake
