Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Necessary products for the test.
STEP 2

Before kneading the dough, put 2 tbsp in another plate. l. flour.
STEP 3

Knead the dough from the indicated products, except cocoa. Divide the dough in half. Stir cocoa into one half and the reserved flour into the other. The dough turns out soft, elastic and very beautiful! Cover the dough with film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
STEP 4

Roll out two layers of dough 2-3 mm thick. Grease the chocolate layer well with water.
STEP 5

Place the chocolate layer on top of the white layer.
STEP 6

Roll tightly into a roll and let it rest for 5 minutes under the film.
STEP 7

Cut the roll into thin slices.
STEP 8

Roll out the dough and form the dumplings as usual. For the filling, mix all ingredients well.
STEP 9

Boil in salted water.
STEP 10

Cocoa separates the dough and makes it very difficult to knead until smooth. It’s easier to initially divide all the ingredients in half and add cocoa to the second part, then add water and milk and knead.
