At our house, dumplings are not boiled in water, they are steamed. Previously, they took gauze, stretched it over a saucepan, and covered it with a convex bowl on top so as not to press it down. they turn out fluffy, soft, larger than regular dumplings. And now I cook dumplings on a double boiler.
