    Take a deep bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into it, then add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one teaspoon of salt and mix.

    Sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour through a fine sieve and place most of the flour in a common bowl. Please note that you may need more or less flour than I did. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough.

    While kneading the dough, break and add one chicken egg to the bowl.

    To prepare the filling, pour about two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan placed on the stove, then place three hundred grams of cooked minced meat into it.

    Turn on the stove to high temperature and stir fry the minced meat in the pan.

    Finely chop one head of onion and place it in a frying pan, then mix the minced meat and onion well and continue frying them on the high temperature of the stove.

    Cut about two hundred and fifty grams of white cabbage into fairly thin strips and, after chopping, place it in a common frying pan, then mix all the ingredients together in the frying pan and continue frying for four to five minutes.

    Place salt, ground nutmeg, coriander, dried herbs, a mixture of red and black peppers to taste in a common frying pan and mix all ingredients well.

    Cover the pan with a lid and switch the stove to low temperature, continue cooking the filling for five minutes until completely cooked, then transfer the prepared filling to a bowl and cool.

For a hearty dinner, I decided to make dumplings with cabbage and minced meat. I like dough in boiling water - it’s very pleasant to work with - smooth, elastic, rolls out and molds very well. For the filling I used minced pork. I fried it in a frying pan, added onions, then finely chopped cabbage. During the cooking process, I added a little water (two to three tablespoons) to the pan and cooked the filling until the liquid evaporated. The spices I used were nutmeg, ground coriander and ground black pepper. The dumplings turned out delicious, with a juicy filling, the dough didn’t get soggy. Served with butter, sour cream and, for those who like it, soy sauce))). Thanks to the author for the recipe!
