I make almost the same thing, only I cut the chicken into small pieces, pre-marinate it in salt and curry or turmeric, and fry it for a few minutes, and instead of eggs I add grated hard cheese. And since my granddaughter loves green peas, I added those last time for her birthday. It turned out more and the children were delighted. Annely, thanks for the recipe. I ate this salad at a friend’s house a long time ago. I really liked it, but somehow I forgot to ask her for the recipe. However, her salad was dressed with mayonnaise. You have a more dietary option, and that’s even better!!!
