Dough for jellied pie with mayonnaise

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make dough for jellied pie with mayonnaise? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use sour cream of any fat content. I have sour cream 15% fat. If the pie is not sweet, you can add a little spice to the dough.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a comfortable deep bowl so that there are no splashes when mixing all the ingredients. Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt. If you plan to make a pie with a sweet filling, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to the dough. My pie will not be sweet, so I don’t use sugar. Beat the eggs a little until foam appears.
STEP 3

Add prepared sour cream to beaten eggs.
STEP 4

Then add mayonnaise to the bowl.
STEP 5

Mix everything. You can also use a mixer. The masa will become homogeneous.
STEP 6

Then add soda to the dough and start adding sifted flour. There is no need to add all the flour at once. You may need a little more or less than what is indicated in the recipe. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough.
STEP 7

The dough is homogeneous without lumps of flour and quite thick. The dough for the jellied pie is ready! Pour half of the dough into a baking dish (18-20cm), lay out the selected filling and fill with the other half of the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
STEP 8

This is how my pie turned out! For the filling, I used minced meat and potatoes, after frying them until half cooked. If you add sugar to the dough, you can use chopped apples for the filling. You can even mix them into the dough right away. Have fun cooking!
