I decided to make an apple pie. But I needed it quickly, simply and without technology. I liked the recipe for jellied pie dough with mayonnaise. All ingredients were available. And in the description, the author writes that you can make a jellied pie with apples. This recipe did not require a mixer or blender. Just what I need at the moment. I mixed sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions with a whisk. Added eggs, soda and salt. I also added some sugar. Mixed again with a whisk. I added flour in parts as recommended by the author. I also mixed the dough with a whisk until smooth and there were no lumps. The dough came out thick and smooth. The pie was baked for about 35 minutes in a mold with a diameter of 22 cm, so it came out a little lower than the author’s. Great recipe! The dough after baking is tasty, loose and soft. I prepared the dough for a jellied pie with mayonnaise very easily and quickly, without using any technique. I will use this recipe again. Thanks to the author!
