Dietary curd bread with bran
A diet can be not only healthy, but also delicious! At the request of the participants of our site, I mastered another recipe for baking according to Dukan. This time the choice fell on bread with granular cottage cheese - it was its presence in the composition that attracted my attention. The bread turned out great.

STEP 1

Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2

Combine cottage cheese, bran, egg and baking powder.
STEP 3

Mix well until smooth.
STEP 4

Add nutmeg, salt and mix again.
STEP 5

Pour in milk and mix well. The dough should be semi-thick.
STEP 6

Let the dough stand for 10 minutes and mix again.
STEP 7

Place the dough into muffin tins (preferably silicone) and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
