Step-by-step preparation

Ingredients.

In the bowl of a food processor, mix the dry ingredients: 2 types of flour, sugar, starch and soda.
STEP 3

Mix together milk, vegetable oil and vanilla tincture.
STEP 4

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Roll the dough into a ball.
STEP 5

Roll out the dough into a layer 2 mm thick and cut out cookies using cookie cutters.
STEP 6

Place the cookies on a baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
STEP 7

And bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 7-10 minutes. The cookies bake quickly and should be slightly browned on the sides.
