Diet biscuits made from whole grain flour

Easy, tasty and economical, what more do you need? The cookies turn out moderately sweet and crispy. The cookies are lean and, as written in the source, can be stored in a closed container for more than 6 months, but I couldn’t check this; the very next day there was nothing left of the cookies.

NATALIA, I haven’t tried cooking with whole grains, I’m not sure that in this case the dough will keep its normal shape. In general, you need to try everything in practice) if you want, knead half the dough and then you will know for sure

Tell me, has anyone tried replacing whole wheat flour with regular flour? Will these cookies work? Regular starch or corn starch?
