Today I spoiled my homemade dessert with persimmons and PP cottage cheese. What attracted me was that it was sugar-free. My persimmon was juicy, sweet, and seedless. I took thicker cottage cheese - 9%. I took classic yogurt without additives, but I think you can use sour cream instead. I prepared it according to the recipe.
