STEP 1

How to make a dessert with persimmons and cottage cheese? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take non-viscous persimmon varieties. If the persimmon is very viscous, it will spoil the taste of the entire dessert. I have the "Bull's Heart" variety. You can omit honey at all or replace it with a sweetener. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. I have a low-fat one. This dessert is good because of the lack of sugar and natural ingredients.

Wash the persimmons, dry them, remove the stems and seeds. If the skin is very tough, you can remove that too. Cut the fruit into small pieces. By the way, this dessert can be prepared not only from persimmons, but also from any other berries and fruits. For example, from kiwi, strawberries, cherries, peaches, etc.

Place the prepared persimmons in a blender bowl and grind into a homogeneous puree. Transfer the resulting mass into a bowl, because you will still need a blender.

Place cottage cheese, natural yogurt and honey in a blender bowl.

Beat everything to a homogeneous smooth consistency. You can adjust the ratio of cottage cheese and yogurt to your taste. You can use more cottage cheese and less yogurt, then the mass will be denser.

Layer the curd mass and fruit puree into bowls or serving cups. You will get 2-3 servings depending on the size of the dishes you choose.
