This is the first time I've seen an e-book like this. Just a find for every housewife. Very detailed recipes with photos. And step-by-step execution is a very necessary thing for beginner cooks. Searching for recipes is very convenient, the only inconvenience in my opinion is that it is difficult to add recipes from other sites. But this can only be due to my inexperience. I was looking for recipes for delicious cold soups, and found a whole encyclopedia of culinary recipes. I liked this recipe - I’ll try it; I haven’t made such soups with sorrel yet.

Sorrel borscht is the main dish in early spring. But we love it all year round. I cook it the same way as in the recipe, but I’ve never added salad to the borscht itself. Always separately, but now I have to try it, maybe it really tastes better this way. The recipe is super, for all lovers of sorrel dishes, add it to your notebook.
