My husband, like all Germans, is very sensitive to asparagus and everything connected with it. While I was preparing the soup, Varvara, according to your recipe, he was always hanging around in the kitchen and giving me advice on what and how to do (in fairness, I must say, he cooks often and deliciously). He was categorically against chopping asparagus with a blender or rubbing it through a sieve. But then I reconciled myself and ate 3 servings of soup with great pleasure. The soup turned out very tender and tasty. Thanks again for the recipe!
