Dance Cloud in the mouth

Incredibly delicious dessert with berry jelly and butter cream! Extraordinarily tasty. This is a Polish pastry from the old cuisine, such a pastry, or Polish cake, which is prepared for Catholic holidays, for funerals. That’s why Poles sometimes call these cakes “Dziady.” The cooking process has some similarities with the Neapolitan open cake. The dough for plyatsok is baked in the form of a plate, covered with various fillings in the form of fruits, berries, nuts, and dried fruits. All this, as a rule, is chopped very finely, beaten with eggs, sugar, seasoned and brought to the desired state in the oven after preparing the basis for the dancing. Polish dances can be glazed with chocolate and sugar. However, there are dances without a spread applied on top.

The taste is amazing. The top is sour from the berries, the inside is sweet from the cream, apple filling with nuts, pear with cookies... I've been meaning to make this dance for a long time. I spent very little time. She described the process longer. The cakes bake quickly, and the fillings bake quickly too. I waited longer for the jelly and cream to harden. You can try.

There are plenty of berries here. My husband respects this very much. And I love a regular cake with cream and sponge cake. So I like Sakura better too.

So I got to it. I love the stove, I have long wanted to try to build a dance. It turned out good, now the main thing is to hide it somewhere from yourself, otherwise it won’t have time to soak in...
