How to make Bird's milk cutlets? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can buy minced chicken ready-made or prepare it yourself by passing the meat through a meat grinder. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-9 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water.
