    To begin, beat the chicken eggs into a suitable sized bowl, add sugar to them and beat with a mixer or whisk. It is not necessary to beat until fluffy; it will be enough if the mass turns slightly white.

    Add sour cream and condensed milk to the egg-sugar mixture and continue whisking. You can use a whisk. If using a mixer, it is better at low speeds. Make sure that the mixture does not splash.

    In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour and mix it thoroughly with baking soda or baking powder (you can use both).

    Add flour to the rest of the ingredients one spoon at a time, carefully mixing it into the dough each time. The result is the consistency of thick sour cream. Make sure it is exactly this thick. That is, it may take you either more or less flour than it does for me.

    Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and stir until smooth.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the mold with oil. Bake 2 cake layers separately. Baking time will depend only on your oven. This may take from 20 minutes to 1 hour. Cool the finished cakes.

    Now start preparing the sour cream. Using a mixer or whisk, beat the chilled sour cream with sugar until the sugar dissolves. Don't interrupt, this is quite easy to do. As soon as the sour cream becomes more fluffy, it is better to stop. For this, use the finest sugar.

    Cut the finished dark cake into cubes.

    The white cake layer will serve as the base of our cake. Coat it with a small amount of sour cream. Place the biscuit cut into cubes on it. Each cube should be dipped in sour cream. Form them into a kind of mound on a white sponge cake.

    Prepare the chocolate glaze. Mix together sour cream, sugar, cocoa and cook on the stove. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring thoroughly.

    When the mixture begins to boil, add butter to it. Remove the pan from the stove and let the glaze cool slightly.

I decided to bake a Curly Boy cake. The ingredients are available, the cooking technology has been simplified a little. I kneaded the dough (for myself, I slightly reduced the amount of sugar), put half of it in a mold (I took a thick-walled frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 6 cm), added cocoa to the second half of the dough (1 tbsp was enough for me), and poured it on top of the white dough. In general, I baked it with one cake layer. The cake rose during the baking process (but did not escape from the pan). After cooling, I cut the cake and cut the top part into cubes. The dough mixed a little (white with dark), but for me this is not critical. I greased the bottom cake with sour cream and placed a pile of pieces of the top cake on it (dipped each one in the cream). I drew curls from the icing on top from a pastry bag. I left the finished pie overnight to soak. We tried it in the morning. Soft, tasty, homely and cozy. Moderately sweet, with a very slight sourness. Thank you, Irina, for the recipe!
