    Prepare the necessary ingredients for making puff pastry curls with sugar. You will need puff pastry. You can use any, I used yeast-free. You will also need a little granulated sugar and just a little water.

    Puff pastry needs to be defrosted. Lightly dust the surface of the table with wheat flour. Carefully unroll the defrosted puff pastry.

    Roll out the dough a little with a rolling pin to make it thinner, but without fanaticism. The dough should be approximately 1-2 mm thick

    Sprinkle the dough with sugar and carefully fold the edges to the center on one side and the other. I turned on the wider side. When cut, you get original curls - a kind of “ears” or “lamb horns”.
