Curd dumplings with mango

Children will really like these wonderful dumplings. This is an interesting breakfast I prepared for my family. I have cooked dumplings with filling inside before, but then I made them with fresh apricots. This is a simple and very tasty dish that even the youngest and not very experienced housewives can do. Its preparation will not take much time, and most importantly, everyone will like it. The dough for dumplings can be kneaded by hand, or you can punch it in a blender. The main thing is good cottage cheese. It should not be too dry so that there are not many unbroken lumps in the dough.
