Curd chocolate balls

Dessert made from cottage cheese with cocoa filling and chocolate. Curd sweets in coconut shavings with chocolate glaze are good for a children's party. They are prepared from homemade cottage cheese, without heat treatment, only cocoa powder and sugar are brewed. These balls can be served as a separate treat or used to decorate a cake.

    To prepare the dessert, we take fresh, dense, but not too dry cottage cheese, the fat content should be 9%, and best of all, homemade. To fill, you need cocoa powder, sugar, a pinch of vanillin and a little milk to make the mixture brew. And for the glaze you will need chocolate and coconut flakes. So, we take the quantity of all the listed products according to the list, in the end we should get 18 balls.

    In a small saucepan, mix cocoa powder, sugar, vanillin and 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.

    Stir the cocoa mass and bring to a boil, cook for a few seconds over low heat and let cool slightly.

    Next, knead the cottage cheese well with a fork or spoon. If desired, you can rub it through a sieve, depending on the quality of the cottage cheese. In any case, the cottage cheese should not be too wet.

    We form small balls from the curd-chocolate mass, scooping the mass with a teaspoon dipped in water. We immediately roll each ball in coconut flakes.

My mother also spoils my son with these chocolate balls from Nesquik. The truth in front of them makes a mess, and only then them. I don’t mind letting them eat, the main thing is that it’s healthy, judging by the composition there are a lot of vitamins and it’s delicious for my child.
