Curd cheesecake with yeast dough jam

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients for the dough.
STEP 2

The flour must be sifted first and mixed with quick-acting yeast.
STEP 3

If your yeast is not fast-acting, then it is better to pre-activate it by diluting it in a small amount of warm milk or water with added sugar. As soon as a high top appears on the mixture, it means the yeast is good and can be added to the dough.
STEP 4

Beat the egg in a separate container.
STEP 5

Add sugar and beat again.
STEP 6

Mix softened margarine with flour, add salt. Stir.
STEP 7

Pour in the egg mixture and knead into a stiff dough. If you have activated the yeast, then add it to the dough at this time. Cover the dough with film and set aside in a warm place to rise for an hour.
STEP 8

Then knead the dough and divide it into equal parts the size of the cheesecakes.
STEP 9

Roll each part into a ball
STEP 10

Then roll it into a round layer.
STEP 11

Mix the curd filling from these ingredients.
STEP 12

And put the filling in the center of our circles, pinch the edges, unfold the cheesecakes with the seam down.
STEP 13

Place them on a greased baking sheet and leave for half an hour to rise easily. Use a rolling pin to make a depression in the center of the cheesecakes.
STEP 14

And fill this cavity with jam diluted with water (it should not be liquid). Brush the cheesecakes with beaten egg and leave in a warm place for half an hour. Brush with egg again. Bake in the oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
