Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to very quickly and easily prepare fluffy cheesecakes from cottage cheese with semolina and a chicken egg in a frying pan, which, without any doubt, will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with their excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing a popular dish of Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian cuisine from cottage cheese with the addition of eggs and flour.
STEP 2

To prepare the liquid base, take a deep bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add one quarter teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, four tablespoons of sugar into it and grind all the ingredients until smooth.
STEP 3

Take a large bowl and place five hundred grams of cottage cheese in it, then pour the prepared liquid base into the bowl.
STEP 4

Pour two level tablespoons of semolina into a common bowl, then mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous curd mass and set the bowl aside for fifteen minutes.
STEP 5

Take a small bowl and put two tablespoons of premium wheat flour into it, then add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 6

Pour the wheat flour into a bowl with the curd mass, then mix all the ingredients well again and set the bowl aside for fifteen minutes.
STEP 7

Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into it, which you then heat at medium heat on the stove.
STEP 8

Before forming the cheesecakes, thoroughly mix the infused homogeneous curd mass in a bowl again.
STEP 9

Take the required amount of curd mass and form cheesecakes of the required size; our recipe makes nine cheesecakes.
STEP 10

Place two tablespoons of premium wheat flour into a deep plate and roll the formed cheesecakes in it.
STEP 11

Place cheesecakes rolled in wheat flour in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry them on one side until golden brown on a medium stove temperature.
STEP 12

Turn the cheesecakes golden on one side, then cover the pan with a lid and continue frying the cheesecakes on the second side for two to three minutes at a low temperature on the stove until fully cooked.
