STEP 1

Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2

Combine cottage cheese with condensed milk and beat with a blender until smooth.
STEP 3

Separate the yolks from the whites.
STEP 4

Add yolks, vanilla pudding, semolina and baking powder to the curd mass.
STEP 5

Beat well with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 6

Beat the whites into a stiff, fluffy foam.
STEP 7

Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Mix with a spatula. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C.
