In continuation of my previous comment, I am attaching my photo report))) Now I often make this cottage cheese and carrot casserole. I adjusted the recipe a little for my family. I take 250 grams of cottage cheese, and sometimes I take a little less carrots; I grate the carrots on a fine grater. I definitely add raisins. I make it in a small form, for this amount of ingredients the casserole is of normal height. I'm very pleased with the recipe. The casserole is tender, juicy, aromatic, you can hardly feel the carrots. And, of course, very useful!!! I recommend the recipe. Maria, thank you again

Today I tried to make cottage cheese and carrot casserole. I was very interested in how it would turn out))) I followed the recipe, only I took 250 grams of cottage cheese, as was in the pack. Added some more raisins. I was VERY pleased with the result!!! Tender, juicy, tasty, healthy casserole, you can hardly feel the carrots. In my opinion, raisins complement the taste of the casserole very well. I will definitely make more!!! This casserole with sour cream will be an excellent option for a children's dinner. I made it in my standard ceramic form. The casserole turned out very thin and ended very quickly. I didn’t have time to take a photo report.
