Curd cake in a slow cooker

It's impossible to stop! I want more and more! Just a magical cupcake, I tell you! Sweet, crumbly, aromatic. Of all the cupcakes, cottage cheese ones are, in my opinion, the most delicious.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of candied fruits, you can use dried fruits, or even bake a cupcake without filling.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Do not neglect this step - this will make the cottage cheese light, almost airy.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

beat softened margarine with granulated sugar. If you replace margarine with butter, you get a light, fluffy cream

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Rinse the eggs well. Add one at a time, beating thoroughly each time.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

All eggs are added, the dough is beaten.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

It's time for cottage cheese. Add it to the dough. Whisk.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix flour with starch, soda, salt, citric acid and sift into the dough. Stir.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Add candied fruits. Knead gently, distributing the candied fruits evenly throughout the dough.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Grease the multicooker bowl with margarine (or vegetable oil) and lay out the dough. Bake for 1.5 hours, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Cool the finished cake on a wire rack, covered with a towel.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cut the cake into pieces and serve with tea or coffee. Bon appetit!

I wanted to bake a pie with candied fruits. Having looked for cooking options, I liked the cottage cheese cake in the slow cooker. I beat the melted margarine with homemade eggs, granulated sugar, cottage cheese with a mixer and added the dry ingredients. Instead of baking soda I used baking powder. The dough turned out thick, put candied fruits and poured into the mold. I decided not to cook in a slow cooker, although I have one, because there were power outages. To play it safe, I stuffed the mold into a gas oven. I baked the cake for 55 minutes at 180 degrees. The dessert turned out great. When it cooled down, I cut it into pieces. In cross-section, beauty is like multi-colored gems. The resulting cake was tender, doughy, soft and very tasty. I liked the recipe. Nothing complicated. Fast and easy. Yes, curd muffins are the most delicious, I agree with the author. Curd pie with candied fruits is so tender that it simply melts in your mouth. I want more and more! Many thanks to the author 😊
