Prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of candied fruits, you can use dried fruits, or even bake a cupcake without filling.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Do not neglect this step - this will make the cottage cheese light, almost airy.

Mix flour with starch, soda, salt, citric acid and sift into the dough. Stir.

Add candied fruits. Knead gently, distributing the candied fruits evenly throughout the dough.

Grease the multicooker bowl with margarine (or vegetable oil) and lay out the dough. Bake for 1.5 hours, then flip and bake for another 30 minutes.

Cool the finished cake on a wire rack, covered with a towel.
STEP 11
