    Line a baking pan with parchment or grease it with butter. Pour in the chocolate batter, smoothing with a spatula. Place the cake pan in the preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until done. You can check readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the middle of the cake.

    Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in the pan for a few minutes. Then place the finished baked goods on a board or wire rack until completely cooled. Serve the cake by cutting it into pieces. The cupcake goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

I'm very pleased with the recipe! Simply perfect! Just look how the cupcake with cocoa rose, as much as 2-3 times! I baked the cake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C, and the next 15 minutes at 170C. In general, even the time and temperature almost agree with the author. The recipe is amazing! The cocoa cake in the oven is crumbly, with a crispy crust, and the inside is soft and tender with a pronounced chocolate taste and cocoa smell.
