STEP 1

How to make cocoa cake in the oven? There is no need to remove food from the refrigerator in advance. It is better to sift the flour with baking powder to enrich it with oxygen. Prepare a baking dish.
STEP 2

Place the required amount of butter, sugar, cocoa powder (level spoon) into a saucepan and pour in the required amount of milk. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the contents.
STEP 3

Constantly stirring the chocolate mixture with a whisk or spoon, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
STEP 4

Add eggs to the cooled mass (after breaking them) and stir with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 5

Add flour in two or three additions, sifted with baking powder (it is better to sift some of the flour separately so that you can adjust its quantity), and stir so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should resemble pancake batter. If necessary, add a little less or a little more flour (focus on the consistency). Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
STEP 6

Line a baking pan with parchment or grease it with butter. Pour in the chocolate batter, smoothing with a spatula. Place the cake pan in the preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until done. You can check readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the middle of the cake.
STEP 7

Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in the pan for a few minutes. Then place the finished baked goods on a board or wire rack until completely cooled. Serve the cake by cutting it into pieces. The cupcake goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
