Rinse the cucumbers well first and soak in cold water for a couple of hours.
STEP 3

Meanwhile, prepare the mustard marinade. Add salt, sugar, mustard and pepper into a bowl.

Mix dry ingredients evenly.

Then pour in the vegetable oil and vinegar, mix everything well, leave for a while so that the salt and sugar dissolve well.

Cut the cucumbers into small discs about 0.5 cm wide, cutting off and removing the ends from the cucumbers. You can use a curly knife for slicing so that the pieces look beautiful in the jar.

Place the cucumbers in sterile jars and pour the juice on top.

Place the jars of cucumbers in a saucepan and fill it with water up to the shoulders to sterilize. Cover the bottom with a cloth or towel to prevent the jars from cracking during sterilization.

Cover the jars with lids, place the pan on the stove, after boiling water, sterilize jars with a volume of 0.5 liters for 10-15 minutes, 1-1.5 liters for 15-20 minutes, 2-3 liters for 20-30 minutes. Then immediately roll up the lids on the jars.
STEP 11

Turn the jars of cucumbers in mustard filling upside down and cover with something warm, leave for 1-2 days until completely cooled, then put them in a cool place for storage. Bon appetit!
