The whole crispy salted chicken baked in the oven turned out tasty and soft, the meat was completely separated from the bones. I brushed the chicken with a mixture of sunflower oil, Svan salt (as a lover of Georgian spices) and chopped garlic, marinated it for 30 minutes, and baked it in the oven for 1.5 hours. A tasty and satisfying dish, easy and quick to prepare!

Yes, the chicken turns out delicious, and, most importantly, the taste is natural, which is not interrupted by any spices. The skin becomes thin and crispy, because... all the fat seems to be drawn out by the salt. Only I put the chicken back on the salt. A very convenient recipe when there is no time for culinary delights.
