How tasty and tender it is. Thank you. I know a similar recipe for soup made from salmon or any other red fish and cream. I don't add tomatoes.

I am preparing creamy fish soup with salmon according to the author’s recipe. Usually I cooked just fish soup without cream, but, as they say, “you can’t spoil porridge with butter.” Today I have salmon backbones and bellies for soup. The salmon cooks quickly; I didn’t want to cook it separately for 30 minutes, so as soon as the broth boiled, I immediately added the potatoes. I usually grate some of the potatoes (and sometimes all of them), so the consistency of the soup is more like a stew. Of course, clear soups look more beautiful if the potatoes are cut into pieces, but today I’m preparing soup with cream and only for the family, so it will be a more familiar option. About 5-7 minutes after the potatoes, I added grated carrots and chopped onions. Now the soup was cooked over low heat until the onion softened. I didn’t just heat the cream, but brought it to a boil, poured it into the soup, boiled it all together for 2 minutes, added the herbs and immediately removed it from the heat. I didn’t separate the meat from the ridges; we have people who like to savor meat directly from the bones at home)))) The soup turned out very tasty, tender, and creamy. Now I wonder why I haven’t made fish soup with cream before??? Thank you, Irinyshka, our family liked this recipe.

CREAMY SOUP WITH SALMON turned out delicious, very aromatic and satisfying, I will cook it often, the whole family really liked it, even the smallest kinder. I changed the cooking procedure a little; I set the potatoes to cook right away, and while they were cooking, I fried them in a frying pan, which saved time. Thanks for the recipe
