Great soup, our family loved it! The taste is interesting, nutmeg adds piquancy, and thanks to the addition of processed cheese (there was no cream available), the dish turns out to be nourishing, aromatic, with a creamy aftertaste! The taste of cauliflower is very good in the soup, which only adds lightness. Instead of garlic, I added a mixture of peppers, because... We prefer this in first courses, which didn’t ruin the taste either! Thanks for the recipe!)
