Crab sticks in batter with cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
First, let's prepare all the products according to the list. Free the crab sticks from the packaging and remove the film from them. For batter we need eggs, flour and hard cheese, for breading - crackers, for frying - vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and flour.
STEP 3
Mix the eggs and flour well so that the flour disperses and there are no lumps left.
STEP 4
Grate hard cheese into the egg-flour mixture on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Mix the resulting thick batter of eggs, flour and cheese well.
STEP 6
Place crab sticks into the cheese and egg batter and mix well.
STEP 7
Battered crab sticks are generously coated in breadcrumbs.
STEP 8
Place the breaded crab sticks in vegetable oil heated in a frying pan.
STEP 9
Fry the crab sticks over medium heat, turning on different sides, until completely browned.
STEP 10
We serve crab sticks in batter with cheese hot, like a hot appetizer, or with mayonnaise or sour cream.
