Country-style zucchini with pepper and garlic in the oven

STEP 1
How to cook country-style zucchini? To do this, we need to collect a set of necessary products. Measure out your favorite spices. Spices and their quantities can be varied based on the taste preferences of your family members.
STEP 2
In a convenient bowl, mix garlic powder, a mixture of black, green, pink and white peppers, grind the pepper mixture in a mill, add thyme and smoked paprika. Add the required amount of vegetable oil to the spices and mix everything thoroughly in a separate bowl.
STEP 3
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly with running water. If you have young zucchini, then you do not need to peel them from the skin and seeds. If the zucchini is “aged”, then they need to be peeled and seeds removed. The seeds can be scraped out with a spoon or the zucchini can be cut into slices and the seeds removed using a small knife. Cut the prepared zucchini into any shape. We love the wedges in this recipe.
STEP 4
Prepare a baking sheet. It needs to be covered with baking paper. You don’t have to grease it with oil, but I played it safe and coated the paper with vegetable oil using a brush. Place the zucchini slices into a bowl with a mixture of spices and vegetable oil and mix gently, evenly distributing the seasonings among the slices. We try to ensure that all the zucchini is covered with our aromatic seasoning.
STEP 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Turn on the "top-bottom" mode. Place our zucchini on a baking sheet. Place in the oven to bake. The baking time for zucchini depends on your household appliances and the size of the slices. 20 minutes was enough for me. My oven is electric.
STEP 6
These are the delicious treats we got! If you wish, you can decorate the dish with your favorite fresh herbs or prepare your favorite sauce.
