As a child, I loved watching my grandmother cook in a cozy kitchen, her magic was the aroma of fresh bread and a pinch of amazing spices. These moments united our family around the table, where every meeting was a holiday. Over time, I began to explore the cuisines of the world, drawing inspiration from the simple but colorful street food of different countries. Today my goal is to show how enjoyable it is to cook and how easy it is to create masterpieces in your home kitchen. Cooking is not only food, it is warmth, love and joy that we can share with loved ones.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham.
