It has already become a tradition in our family to have something like cottage cheese for breakfast, I think it’s a good tradition, so I support it in every possible way by preparing casseroles and cheesecakes) This time cheesecakes made from cottage cheese in the oven with semolina, but in an unusual form. I took much more cottage cheese, as much as 700 g, quickly counted the number of servings and kneaded the dough. I decided to beat it with a mixer for homogeneity. I added a packet of vanilla sugar for flavor and a pinch of baking soda for fluffiness. I didn’t have time to roll in flour and decided that it would be faster to bake in silicone molds. Moreover, the author mentions this) I didn’t grease the molds, I immediately spread out the dough. I filled the forms to the top, I got 17 pieces. The cheesecakes baked quite quickly; readiness was determined by their appearance. They became rosy and rose slightly. We ate them straight hot with sour cream and raspberry jam, and put the leftovers in the refrigerator; chilled, they are also very tasty. Cheesecakes resemble cottage cheese muffins, apparently due to the semolina in the composition. They are quite dense, but at the same time soft and pleasant. Very tasty thank you!

I really like the site because you can adjust recipes by weight!!! I decided to cook cheesecakes in the oven. I only try to cook or bake!!! Therefore, I changed the recipe to make 1 kg of cottage cheese. Baked in a mold, without using flour. It turned out to be 26 pieces. This is for our family for two days, food lovers. Nice recipe, I liked it. I will cook more. Sugar is normal for me, but not enough for my husband. But I think you can choose the amount of sugar for yourself.
