Cottage cheese filling for pancakes

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese filling for pancakes? Prepare your food. It’s better to take not low-fat cottage cheese, but a fat content of 5% or higher, the filling will turn out tastier, I have 9%. The egg is large and must be fresh, as it will be used raw.
STEP 2

Place cottage cheese in a deep bowl, beat in an egg, add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. If you are afraid to use a raw egg, then replace it with sour cream or milk.
STEP 3

Beat all the products with an immersion blender into a homogeneous fluffy mass or mash them with a fork. I recommend using a blender. With it, the filling will turn out pasty and homogeneous, without grains. You won't be able to mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
STEP 4

Wrap the curd filling into the prepared pancakes. You can serve them cold or place them in a dry frying pan and heat them covered. Or bake in the oven. The eggs will undergo heat treatment.
STEP 5

I stuffed oatmeal pancakes with this filling (recipe here: https://bestrecipes24.com/cooking/37461-ovsyanye-blinchiki). It turned out delicious! Bon appetit!
