I have tried many recipes for cottage cheese casserole, I will try this one too. I love cinnamon, so I’ll add that too. I also tried this successful recipe

Natalya, did you cook it? I ended up with scrambled eggs that tasted like scrambled eggs ((((even the crust on top was like a baked egg in the oven. The taste didn’t really please the family. But my friends didn’t try it; our meeting was cancelled, I’ll look for another recipe for their return))))

I cooked it, only I took 2 eggs and 350 grams of cottage cheese. It tastes much better this way. I don't like diet foods. I posted the recipe at the request of a friend. She likes it this way. But I take 1.8% cottage cheese. It’s just that it’s delicious.

I've been making this casserole for a long time. I take cottage cheese of any fat content, add 2 eggs, and then it’s up to your imagination. I add raisins or dried apricots, lemon or orange zest, you can add cinnamon. In general, someone loves something. I bake it in the microwave for 15-18 minutes. It can also be done in the oven.

The casserole doesn't look like a casserole at all! This is an omelette, and it’s also salty, although I didn’t add 5 grams of salt, but 1 gram. For those who don’t eat salt, even 1g is a lot. This is the first. Second, maybe this will help someone, I wanted to savor the cottage cheese that I dipped in sugar, but there is simply no trace of the taste of the cottage cheese! I used low-fat cottage cheese. And thirdly, I’m on PP (proper nutrition) and calories are very important to me, so I diluted all this thick mass before baking with 100 g, 2.5% milk and the casserole from 153 cal per 100 g turned into 137 cal per 100 g . And fourth, there’s nothing to stir with a blender, more dirt. It’s better to mix everything with a spoon; in extreme cases, use a mixer. It would be nice to add greens, garlic, pepper to this omelette and wrap the meat in it instead of something like a flatbread
