    With wet hands, form small buns from the dough, pinch off approximately equal pieces from a piece and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet at a distance from each other, as they will increase in size during baking.

Add flour with baking powder to the curd mixture and knead the dough with a mixer with a dough attachment. The dough turned out soft and sticky. Using hands dipped in cold water, I formed the buns and placed them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes. Then she took it out, quickly brushed it with milk, sprinkled it with sugar and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes. The result was fluffy, airy, soft and very tasty vanilla-flavored buns!
