Ingredients

ServingsServings: 12

Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

All the ingredients you need, the shavings can be replaced with poppy seeds/sesame seeds/ground nuts for sprinkling. But no one forbade adding it all inside, I think it won’t be bad :) P.S. The cottage cheese is preferably dry. The flakes can be replaced with wheat bran if someone is on the Dukan diet ! )

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour 50 grams of oatmeal into a blender

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

And grind them at turbo speed until they look like in the photo (~ half a minute)

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour them into a separate plate and now put cottage cheese and banana into the blender

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

And grind in the same way for ~minutes until smooth

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Now add oatmeal there

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour!

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    8. Pour your powder into a dry plate, I have coconut shavings, I repeat that the powder can be any, but in general you can do without it, but the cookies will not roll into balls well)

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Form into balls and roll in powder

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Line a baking sheet with baking paper (I have foil because I ran out of paper, just so it doesn’t stick) and lay out the cookies. Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for ~10-15 minutes, depending on your oven (mine is electric, so it took 20 minutes to bake)

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

And here are the finished cookies, they should not be dry, if you added 60 grams of flakes, if you want drier ones, then dry cottage cheese is required, 80 grams of flakes :) Bon appetit!

Quite a simple, but at the same time incredibly healthy dessert! Oatmeal and cottage cheese are a source of energy for the whole body from the very morning; a nutritious, aromatic banana perfectly complements the composition, adding sweetness and tenderness to the cookies. Very similar in appearance to Raffaello candies! Looks beautiful on the table, melts in your mouth! Amazing! With such a devert you will conquer the most capricious household members!

Thank you for such a nice review! These cookies really turned out very tender and tasty, although without adding sugar they are not sweet, sorry I forgot to mention this in the description, but, for example, after baking I poured honey on them, incredible taste! But you can also use sugar add a sweetener, for this amount of sugar ingredients 3-4 tbsp will be enough. , because banana is also sweet :) and you can put a nut inside) but I still proceeded from the calorie value of the dish, so I did without it

Lina, what a tasty and healthy dish - cottage cheese, oatmeal, bananas! It's easy and simple to prepare. What if you put a little honey in there for extra sweetness? Looks so beautiful with coconut sprinkles. Thank you very much for the recipe!
