Cottage cheese banana cookies

STEP 1

All the ingredients you need, the shavings can be replaced with poppy seeds/sesame seeds/ground nuts for sprinkling. But no one forbade adding it all inside, I think it won’t be bad :) P.S. The cottage cheese is preferably dry. The flakes can be replaced with wheat bran if someone is on the Dukan diet ! )
STEP 2

Pour 50 grams of oatmeal into a blender
STEP 3

And grind them at turbo speed until they look like in the photo (~ half a minute)
STEP 4

Pour them into a separate plate and now put cottage cheese and banana into the blender
STEP 5

And grind in the same way for ~minutes until smooth
STEP 6

Now add oatmeal there
STEP 7

Mix and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour!
STEP 8

8. Pour your powder into a dry plate, I have coconut shavings, I repeat that the powder can be any, but in general you can do without it, but the cookies will not roll into balls well)
STEP 9

Form into balls and roll in powder
STEP 10

Line a baking sheet with baking paper (I have foil because I ran out of paper, just so it doesn’t stick) and lay out the cookies. Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for ~10-15 minutes, depending on your oven (mine is electric, so it took 20 minutes to bake)
STEP 11

And here are the finished cookies, they should not be dry, if you added 60 grams of flakes, if you want drier ones, then dry cottage cheese is required, 80 grams of flakes :) Bon appetit!
