Cornmeal fritters

Appetizing and rosy. I just want to take another piece! Cornmeal pancakes add great variety to your menu. This dough is more viscous and does not spread over the pan, so the baked goods will be smooth, beautiful and undoubtedly tasty.

You can also try these mchadi made from corn flour. I think these flatbreads will work instead of bread.

Pancakes are frequent guests on our table, but we haven’t had any made from corn flour yet. Therefore, today we surprised the family with pancakes made from corn flour. I added slaked soda as a leavening agent. And I used a little less sugar than indicated in the recipe. The dough turned out to be quite liquid. I let it sit for 20 minutes and started baking. They turned out wonderful, delicious pancakes! They have an unusual taste, precisely due to the corn flour, but everyone appreciated them at home!
