Mini corn donuts are a very interesting and unusual dish. I never thought that corn and donuts could be combined together. They are very easy to prepare. This recipe is one of those where you need to mix all the ingredients and the dish is almost ready. In this case, all that remains is to fry them in oil. I did not add chili pepper to the dough. Instead, I added a teaspoon of regular ground pepper. I fried the corn donuts over low heat on a large burner for two to three minutes on each side. From this amount of ingredients I got 24 pieces. I liked the donuts. They have a very pleasant taste. They are somewhat reminiscent of pancakes. You can hardly feel the corn in them; it rather adds a little sweetness to the donuts. The children devoured the donuts with both cheeks. But the husband remained indifferent to them. He said it was delicious, but he wasn't impressed. As they say, there are no comrades according to taste. Thanks for the recipe! It seems to me that such donuts may well take pride of place on the holiday table. The next time I welcome guests, I will definitely make these wonderful donuts.

Thank you for participating in the Best Recipe of the Week competition. Congratulations on third place! We found your recipe very interesting and we couldn’t ignore it. But the photographs need some work. If possible, try to get away from artificial lighting and shoot near a window during the day. This way you will get rid of harsh shadows in the photo and excessive yellowness of your dishes. If it is impossible to avoid artificial lighting, then the colors can be aligned in Photoshop. Khrumka has two articles to help food photographers: How to photograph food. A guide for beginners. How to photograph food. Food photography for advanced students. The second stage of the competition begins today. We are waiting for your recipes and photos.
