STEP 2

Season the fillet with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice.
STEP 3

Prepare the sauce. How to make sauce? Grate the cheese. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 4

Combine sour cream and cheese, stir. Use sour cream of any fat content, the main thing is that it is natural and tasty.
STEP 5

Add mustard, salt and pepper. You may not add salt or pepper to the sauce - this will depend on the saltiness of the cheese and the spiciness of the mustard. Instead of grainy mustard, any other mustard that is not very spicy will do. Mix everything until smooth.
STEP 6

Spread the sauce over the fish fillets.
STEP 7

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-30 minutes. The times are approximate, rely on your oven, ingredients and the readiness of the dish. The finished cod will be covered with a delicious golden brown crust. Remove it from the oven, cool slightly and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
