Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to cook sea cocktail soup with seafood? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Take potatoes and carrots, wash them with a brush under running water, and peel them. Peel the onion, rinse and dry.
STEP 3
Place the whole root vegetables into the pan. Pour in 2 liters of water.
STEP 4
Place the pan on the fire. As soon as the water boils, add fish spices and salt. Cook until the vegetables are tender for about 30 minutes with the lid open. You can add any spices to your taste.
STEP 5
Remove the onion from the broth, we won’t need it, you can throw it away. Remove carrots and potatoes from the broth and place on a plate. Refrigerate. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces.
STEP 6
Strain the broth. To do this, line a colander with a clean kitchen towel. The material will retain all large particles and make the broth transparent and beautiful. Return the pan with the strained broth to the heat. Place the sea cocktail into the boiling broth, bring the soup to a boil again, and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
STEP 7
Add the boiled potatoes and carrots immediately after turning off the heat. Stir.
STEP 8
Let the soup sit, covered, for about 15 minutes.
STEP 9
Then pour into plates. Bon appetit!
