You can reheat the wrapped pancakes not only in oil (the oil creates a crispy crust), but also in sour cream - the pancakes turn out surprisingly soft, you can eat it with your lips! I often use sour cream with homemade berry jam as a dressing. the taste is amazing, especially when the jam is sour!
