In addition, the quality of the product is immediately visible. I added mayonnaise with lemon juice, I like it better this way. I took more eggs to increase the volume. The salad turned out beautiful, tasty, aromatic, juicy. Sometimes I add dill to this salad, it also adds a spicy note)

"Crabs on the Beach" This is what we called the classic crab salad with corn without rice, which we made according to your recipe. Instead of sticks, we used whole crab meat - it turned out softer than what we usually get with sticks. Garnished with crab chips. The salad turned out to be the most tender and a pleasure to eat.

I argued for a long time with my husband whether it should be done with rice or not. I don't like rice in this salad, the salad becomes "clogged".
