My daughter asked me to make chocolate muffins; she just loves chocolate in all forms) In the dough, I replaced butter with odorless vegetable oil. And I reduced the amount of cocoa a little, it’s quite bitter for me. My chocolate was 70% bitter. But I did not add it to the dough, again to avoid excessive bitterness. But I sprinkled chopped chocolate on the top of the muffins. The dough was thick as in the recipe. My muffins baked for about 25 minutes, I overbaked them a little. They didn't turn out very wet. I think if I had remembered them in time, the muffins would have turned out juicier. However, we liked them. The crumb is porous and airy. And the taste and aroma are richly chocolate! Next time I'll try to bake these muffins with milk chocolate and keep an eye on the time)
