Penelope Anderson

Since childhood, I remember how my mother cooked in the kitchen, filling the house with comfort and aromas. Each meal was a ritual, and the family gathered around the table, sharing laughter and stories. I drew inspiration from different parts of the world: from Italian pasta to Indian seasonings. These chefs opened my eyes to the diversity of tastes and traditions. I believe that cooking is simple and accessible to everyone. My goal is to share recipes that will inspire people to come together around the table and create memories together.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at University of Johannesburg.
