Cut the onion into four parts and fry a little in vegetable oil.

Grease the parchment well with vegetable oil, lay out the fish and bake until golden brown. The fish is baked in foil for 35-45 minutes, without foil a little longer - check your oven. The fish should be browned.

If the fish is fried with the head cut off, then: Remove the eyes from the head, wrap in greased foil and bake next to the fish. Place the finished fish on a dish, attach the head and decorate to your liking.
