I beat everything lightly and added 1 tsp of my own. lemon juice. A delicious, beautiful salad that is perfect for a family dinner, and can also be served on a holiday table. One of the recipes for the holiday table is Caesar salad with chicken, which I came across in a search by accident, and I decided to make it for myself as a snack. I prepared the ingredients - finely grated the cheese, removed the chicken meat from the fried chicken thigh, took lettuce leaves from a ready-made mixture of different salads - I really liked the variety of different salad flavors in one package. I cut the cherry tomatoes in half and made the sauce and croutons for the Caesar salad myself. For the sauce, I mixed homemade mayonnaise and sour cream, and for the croutons, I cut the “country” bread into cubes, mixed it with universal seasoning, grated garlic and vegetable oil, and dried it in the oven on a piece of foil for about 10 minutes. I put all the ingredients on a plate, poured over the sauce and stirred. Cool and quick recipe, I recommend it.

I made it, but without the cherry tomatoes. I couldn't find them at the last moment. I hoped that they would be in a store near my house, but alas((Still, the salad turned out very tasty even without tomatoes! I ate it with pleasure, not a crumb was left! Thank you for the recipe!

Thanks for the classic Caesar recipe! It turned out great. I cooked it several times, and made a few modifications: 1) I used “lettuce” in the salad; 2) I added 20 ml of water and mustard to the recipe for Caesar sauce, not two teaspoons, but one full one. The rest is according to the recipe.
