Ira, Merry Christmas! I'm here with a report - the cupcake is simply delicious! Caramelized tangerines, dried fruits in cognac, crispy crust, slightly sour tangerines...!!! I made the glaze with tangerine juice. True, I almost missed it, the cake was ready at 180 degrees after 25 minutes, I took it out of the stove after 30, it was a little dark. Delicious! The diet will have to be postponed!
