Let's cook the cream and pudding. Mix the milk with a dry packet of pudding and sugar. Put it on the fire and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.

For the dough, break the eggs into a mixer bowl and beat lightly. Add condensed milk and cocoa. We take off at medium speed. Then add flour with baking powder.

Now let's take the paper. Draw a circle of the size we need. I have a 26cm lid. Place 2-3 spoons of dough. Spread it all over the circle. We coat the edges well.

Bake this cake for 3 minutes at approximately 180 degrees.

Turn the finished cake over onto another sheet and carefully remove the paper. And put it aside to cool. We do this with another test.

We do not stack the cakes on top of each other. They are very sticky. I trimmed the edges. To do this, I took a smaller ring and pressed it on the cake.

Now let's assemble the cake. Mix the cream well again. Place the cake on a plate or tray. Spread with cream, about 2-3 tablespoons.

We do this with the rest of the cakes. I made 1.5 servings. Now wrap the cake in film and put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Maybe overnight.

For the protein cream, mix sugar with water and put on fire. When it boils, turn on the whites. Reduce the syrup and cook to 122 degrees. To a thin thread, or to a ball, add lemon at the end and mix well. Continue beating the egg whites and pour in the syrup in a thin stream. Next, beat the cream until it begins to wrap around the whisk. It all depends on the power of your mixer. Time from 4 minutes to 12. Can be decorated with any other cream.
